Terms & Conditions

1) We hope you are really happy with your purchase. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with our product simply return it within 14 days of receipt for an exchange or for a full refund.

2) BEFORE returning the product please contact us advising us whether you require an exchange or refund. On agreement customers may then return products in its original packaging within 3 days in an unused and perfect condition. Return shipping will not be reimbursed.

3) To qualify for a refund the goods MUST be unused and in a re-saleable condition. Once the goods have been inspected by us we will refund the amount to the original credit card details within 28 days.

4) If you find any of our goods are damaged or the wrong product was supplied as a result of our error, return the unused goods and according to your instructions we will either exchange them or reimburse the cost of the item and the delivery charge.

5) When returning items we recommend you obtain a certificate of posting, as we cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit. Please pack items suitably to prevent damage in transit and in its original packaging. Please include your name, address, order reference number, reason for the return and the action you would like us to take with the return.

6) If an item has been made specifically to the customer's specification this item is NOT eligible for return or for a refund unless the reason for the return is as a result of our error.
